Duration = at least 30 minutes.
Difficulty = 70/100.
This exercise developed by
Life Coach Cougar Brenneman.
(Inspired by John Fusco, Philip Pullman, and others.)
Select and describe the situation that you're asking to help you with.
This should not necessarily be a negative situation. It's just as powerful to ask for help in an area where things are going great.
Draw in light from the universe through your pores.
Draw in white Yang energy from the sun through your crown down your spine.
Draw in energy from everywhere into your heart.
Expel negative energy about the situation through your pores as a dark cloud.
Draw in blue Yin energy from the earth through your base up your spine.
Send some of this heart energy to

Part B: Use the following phrases to describe how you perceive your situation. In the second half of this meditation, you'll use these same phrases to describe your Place of Power.
Using the same phrases for both situations creates a contrast that will enroll your subconscious mind in creating automatic movement in your life.
Respond to each phrase as it expresses your current situation. (Cougar says) I personally like to respond with two or three sentences each.
In the next step, you'll still your mind by focusing on at least four or more slow, tranquil breaths. Seek to achieve inner stillness or inner silence.
Be honest with yourself. If it takes 200 breaths to completely let go of your reactions, then it’s worth it to take 200 breaths to completely release such deep-seated pain.
Seek to attain a state that some Buddhists call "bare attention"—one in which you are paying attention to the animation so completely that you no longer notice the meaning of the words. To the degree possible, just be mindful of the shapes of the letters—without even thinking about their phonetic sound. This will allow you to synchronize your breathing with the app without being distracted by concepts.
Move on to the next step after you have completely let go of your reactions.
Click the Step 4 button to begin the breathing step.
Inner Silence.
Be still.
Peace.
Quiet mind.
Release reactions.
Let it go.
Thoughts dissolve.
Concerns evaporate.
Relax spirit.
Let go of the topic completely. If your mind is in problem-solving mode, worry mode, reading-the-computer-screen mode, rushing-around mode, creativity mode, or any other kind of "mode," you haven't reached inner silence. Inner silence means bare attention—mindfulness without thought or reaction.
Trust the process.
Move on to Step 5 after you have completely let go of your reactions.
Before seeking out your Place of Power,
search around with your intuition for the
most probable or predictable future that you can sense.
Focus on the flavor of this predictable future. Record what you sense about your most probable future.
Now collect energy and clear your mind with energy breathing. Begin the breathing step by clicking the Step 6 button.
Draw in light from the universe through your pores.
Draw in white Yang energy from the sun down your spine.
Draw in energy from everywhere.
Expel negative energy through your pores.
Draw in blue Yin energy from the earth up your spine.

Part A: Search around with your intuition for another possible future that you can sense.
Be patient, and wait for your intuition to speak. Wait until your intuition has presented a future that gives you the greatest sense of personal power.
Your intuition about this future is your secret door to a place of power. Focus on the flavor of this future.
Part B: Record what your intuition has told you. Record as much as possible about this alternative future that you sense.

Part C: These are the same phrases that you used in the first half of this meditation. Please don't consciously compare your answers, and don't refer back.
Just allow yourself to freely respond. Your subconscious mind will automatically generate the contrast and act on it.
Part D: What's the clearest truth that you sense about your Place of Power?
Summarize what you've learned into a kernel that will be easy to visualize as you frame your requests to —both now and whenever you think of it. Now that you've identified your Place of Power, tune in to ask for help getting there as often as you can.
In the next step, you'll send energy to both and your Place of Power. Remember to use Ujjayi Breathing (or the Ocean Breath). Click the Step 8 button to begin.
Draw in light from the universe through your pores.
Draw in white Yang energy from the sun.
Draw in energy from everywhere.
Draw in blue Yin energy from the earth.
Send this energy to the Place of Power you visualized.
Send your Place of Power visualization and some energy to .
Send this energy to your Place of Power.
Send your visualization and some energy to .
In the next breathing cycle, you decide whether it takes four or more breaths to completely release it.
Release your visualization.
Feel the shift in energy.
Quiet mind.
Your heart has spoken.
Inner Silence.
Embrace trust.
Bathed in energy.
Gratitude.
Still your mind for four or five breaths to release the visualization—and extend this inner silence as long as you wish.
Write "I choose..." and make choices about your
situation, based on what
you've learned.
Repeat several times, surrounding each choice with
inner silence. Click the "I choose... button
after every choice you make.

I have developed 315 more practices which are part of the same curriculum. This number will eventually grow to 3,000 or 30,000, depending on what the users (you) decide to do with this curriculum. Each practice targets different goals and different problems, depending on what you need.
For a tour of the full curriculum, use the following blog as a guide: Take the Tour: Explore the Joyful Wisdom Journey Curriculum. This blog is a illustrated guide to clicking the button at the bottom of this page that's labeled "Coming Soon: What's Next? Your Next Move." You can click the button without the blog, but the UI is not very intuitive.
This prototype lacks certain features that will help you to use it. Eventually, you'll have a blog that automatically receives all of your written responses to any exercise. No more copying and pasting.
All pages will have have:
I've planned many other enhancements, but this gives a flavor of what's coming.
